Satcom Technology Ltd offers all customers support services for both hardware and software. Depending on your requirements we can build a service level agreement to suit you.

All support calls are sent via e-mail to our support department where they are logged and acted upon as per the service level agreement. Our first line of service is usually done over the air where most problems are solved or identified. Should the call need further attention, Satcom will organise a suitable time to visit the vehicle or depot with each customer.
