Investment in People specifically, training our fitters and software engineers is key when ensuring the highest levels of service and quality are achieved.
Every care is taken to ensure that our clients business is not inconvenienced by vehicles taken out of service for the installation. This will eradicate the need to use sub-contractors or spot hire temporary vehicles.
All work is carried out in line with the standards that are applicable; all components are fully bench tested prior to installation.
Our engineers always carry spare components in the unlikely event that a failure arises.
Installations are carried out in conjunction with our operations centre, to ensure that the solution is fully functional.
Once the vehicle hardware is installed and the software is tested, our operations centre take over and remotely check that not only are the communication elements working, but the operational features as stated in the needs analysis document are indeed functional.
To ensure the continual reliability of the system, the operations centre will monitor the vehicles or assets during the first 12 months. This is done at random.
If the client's operation is such, that it requires a more frequent level of monitoring, then this may form part of the CSLA (Customer Service Level Agreement)
