Can you integrate into our fleet management or job booking systems so that we have a seamless solution?
Yes we have integrated into most of the fleet management systems and internal systems.
If our products are high risk and or high value, does you software link into an approved monitoring centre?
With Satcom Discovery you can have visibility of your assets on your own internal systems and through a 24/7 monitoring centre linked to the police, where route deviation, time beaconing and panic alarms are responded to within your own SOP’s
Can your software be bespoke?
Satcom own all the source code to our product range and therefore we can bespoke our software to our clients’ requirements.
Does that mean we can have our reports customised and with exception reporting?
Yes
Does your company offer a complete service?
Satcom offer consultancy, implementation of vehicle hardware and software ,training, project management, research and development, airtime and finance.
Can we track vehicles in the UK, Europe and Beyond?

If we have a mixed fleet of vehicles can you offer us a one stop solution with overall visibility on one piece of software?

Can we need to talk to any of your customers and visit their premises?
Normally the answer is yes, although it is at the discretion of each of our customers.
Our business is the movement of high value and high risk product, would we be allowed to visit the monitoring centre?
Yes, although this is subject to security screening.
I understand that the internet servers are housed in separate secure locations, would we be able to visit?
Yes as above.
